I was aware of Incirlik and Aviano already I think - it was common knowledge about nukes in Turkey for ages. Although I heard that all the nukes at Incirlik were moved to a base in Romania when the failed or fake coup happened.

Also - this is literally NATO's mission. I am not sure if it is shocking that it "leaked" or was "mistakenly" posted.

We have informed adversaries of locations in the past to make them feel safer.
