It is not a linear track
As I daily wander back
To find the fine things written
While my brain, with sleep, was smitten.

Still, it's not random reading
Cool hashtags help with leading
Me through the thoughtful postings.
We use guideposts, as with most things.

There's frivolity and mirth
In that, I do find worth.
Mix in some metaphor and rhyme.
With that I'll take my time.

Because it is the fediverse
We're without the steady curse
Of harming words and hate.
Without a doubt that's really great!
