   Boris Johnson has been elected leader of the Conservative party, and therefore will be the next UK Prime Minister.

   Johnson got nearly ⅔rds of the vote from Tory Party members.

      I have a better understanding now of his character.

         It didn't (alas) give me any insight into his skills as a leader, an administrator or a negotiator.

         Was #BorisJohnson a competent mayor of London, so far as you can tell?
