    @baldur I guess that's why I'm more interested in serverless technologies that allow hosting, well, anywhere. So you can build to them, but choose a different provider if you wanted.

    I think the most interesting there is Knative right now. Since you could get managed Kubernetes from anywhere, you can basically have serverless in the cloud of your choice.
