My favorite pizzeria is disorganized even when the owner's around. Without the owner, it barely functions.

When I arrived, someone was replacing the paper in all of the ticket printers.

After I paid, the pizzaiolo came over to me, apologized, said it was his first time, and that my pizza would be ready in about ten minutes.

I'm guessing that while the ticket printer was out of paper, none of the orders were being made.
