    I don't like "right to work" as a frame of reference - I like it being called "Employer leveraged environment." right or wrong that is how it plays out most times.

      Obviously they did it for $$$ reasons (share price etc) also as a marketing gimmick.

      So it could be multiple reasons - though I think the point is really they don't need a reason. It is framed as being freedom for the employee to quit whenever - and sure that's true! But it isn't the whole truth.
