Why how why do so many art tutorials say "women's hips are wider than their shoulders" like it's some sort of universal truth? *facepalm*

Not all of us are pears you know. The definition of hourglass specifically includes the shoulders being as wide as hips and the inverted triangle must have shoulder that are at least 5% wider than their hips.
