Okay, pleroma is back.

• someone was spamming on /favicon.ico → IP Ban
• Launching pleroma gave {"Kernel pid terminated",application_controller,"{application_terminated,pleroma,shutdown}"} so I cleaned the deps
• I hitted this weird bug where repo.hex.pm couldn’t connect, probably was a fuckup in resolv.conf (why do I even have dhcpcd running in this machine…)
