I know that partial refreshes are faster than full refreshes. My question is: do partial refreshes also use less power than full refreshes?

My reason for asking: on my Kobo reader, I don't mind a full page refresh, and it makes the resulting page look slightly better. But does it hurt my battery life to full-refresh every page rather than every chapter?
