    Which clients have you been using? A webchat client has certain drawbacks when it comes to OMEMO, and Converse's MUC OMEMO support still has a bug affecting a lot of people: https://github.com/conversejs/converse.js/issues/1481

      It seems that somehow my encrypted messages are not showing the "[This message is OMEMO-encrypted.]" placeholder, but just empty. Is this a Converse.js bug?
