AlexIt’s also fascinating to me how many of our hero movies have been about super rich elites who move through the world with very few obstacles and increasingly our villains have been poor people with few safety nets. Why do we put cries for help for the working class in the mouths of villains? It feels like propaganda: when we see these movies and hear these cries for help in the real world we subconsciously associate them with villains and destruction and their arguments are weakened
