@kew First thing is turn off the lights, especially the screens. If you have those annoying restless crampy muscles, some hard core stretches and jumping jacks can shake that out. I guarantee jumping jacks will bring sleep tout de suite if enough are done. Also comfort is important. Retuck your sheets and fluff your pillows. Make sure your teddy bear or dolly is wrapped in your arms. Hopefully then can sleep! Just some ideas. Good luck...

@kew I should clarify that doing jumping jacks with the lights off is inadvisable. But keeping the lights low and preferably in red wavelength will help the brain start omnomnomming some melatonin. So say the scientists, natch.
