ARE there any nonprofit vegan orgs whose purpose is to educate low income folks and those in poverty on how to cut meat? I can tell you as someone who grew up food insecure, it's hard to find those resources out there when you're living on hot checks.

But I think it might be a valuable service to offer, but I can't seem to find one. I think it'd be a lot more useful than yelling at people because they "totally can afford veganism."
