@seguridad la mensajería instantanea es una mierda, te mantiene conectado a la gente 24h y requiere atención constante e inmediatez en la respuesta, yo tengo xmpp porque hay poco uso si estuviera todo dios ahí me lo quitaba.
El mail permite ser contestado cuando quieres y pensando lo que escribes.
