      @dcgirl bikes like that are all over Europe. After renting one, leave it at an intersection. I don't see it as working here. Especially in DC.

      @dcgirl Ugh we have these scarring the landscape of Melbourne at the moment. They are not popular at all. The docked bikes though are well used.
