The Tulsa experience is hearing everyone joke at least once about living on Tulsa time but nobody actually has heard the song or know how it goes. No one even knows who wrote or sang the song Livin On Tulsa Time.
The guy who wrote it wasn't even from Tulsa. That doesn't matter though because nobody else is from Tulsa either. Everyone here is a transplant.
