    I am applying for a open source software community position of sorts at Perforce. Do you think I should mention that I am on GNU Social, etc.? There's very little filter here, though I could always go back and delete some potentially controversial posts, like this one I guess, lol.

      @musicman Good \@question! I never mention social sites to potential employers (nor generally in any work related situation), but I’ve never considered anything like a “community manager” or “product evangelist” position. The only person I know who has even done something similar is @sean.
