Strypey@djsumdog there have been incremental steps towards allowing medical cannabis over the last decade. Doctors can now prescribe without bureaucratic approval, but only for pharmaceutical derivatives, most of which are imported and prohibitively expensive. Most patients still get ganja and refined products like CBD oil from #GreenFairies. Licensed growing for medical products was recently allowed, so that could bring prices down and increase the range of cannabis medicines available.
