@jeffcliff this is such a weird and deeply wrong way to interview people for a job. Even wronger than having some non-digital HR muppet interviewing people they'll never work with, unless they have a workplace complaint. The way to go is what companies like #Semco and #Morningstar do, get the team who is going to be working with the new hire day-to-day to interview candidates.
