@directhex Pokémon Let's Go is one handed with a joycon (either) in docked mode. Or a Pokeball Plus.

Two player games with joycons to point probably work too. The only one I can think of right now is World of Goo. (I haven't played the Switch version.)

Some PSVR games are one handed with Moves. (Especially some gun games like Pixel Gear. I think Carnival Games is mostly one handed too — with the exception of climbing. Both of these are a bit cheesy, but can be left-handed.)
