captain typ0@FssOfDeath Implying that Logan's Run (the novel) is a masterpiece is a spicy take. The movie changes the plot a fair bit, tbh. They mostly took the core concept and then told a different story, so I'm OK with the changes. Lastday being at 30 seems more plausible and fits with the "Don't trust anyone over 30" thing that was very much a part of the 60s/70s counterculture.
Maybe I'd feel differently if I'd read the book before seeing the movie, though.
