From what I can recall and could gather at the time, Phipps had ejected #microsoft proxy #blackduck for attacking the #GPL at one time, but later he accepted Microsoft money, failing to note Black Duck was just a Microsoft extension and Microsoft the vastly bigger culprit in this regard!
