      75th anniversary of Trafford Leigh-Mallory’s crash: another Mural project

      14 November 2019 will be the 75th anniversary of the crash that killed Air Chief Marshall Trafford Leigh-Mallory and his crew. I hiked up to the crash site during the summer to take some photos and videos. As with my earlier trip to Lombard in the Jura, I used Mural to assemble the content into a visual story about the crash, with a focus on the sole Australian crew member. RAAF Flight Lieutenant Casey was the wireless operator, he is also the only Australian casualty buried in the high alps.
