Exploring a theory that most Batman villains are anarchists and Batman is merely an extralegal defender of the status quo (the latter is almost undeniable, the former is the part I'm not certain about).

I stumbled upon something called the Villains Wiki and this is how they define anarchists:
"Anarchists are Chaotic Evils who come in many forms ranging from nonviolent "hippie" movements to piratical antics of Extremists."

LOL...Hippies are Chaotic Evil? In what fictional universe?!
