      @musicman I once had an appointment at #DMV for noon. I arrived at 10:00 to find that none of the people before me had shown up, so they moved my appointment up to 08:30 without notifying me. I wound up standing in line until 16:30, when they suddenly realized they had to finish everyone who was already inside the building within half an hour.
