Inbox Zero, kinda...

I have successfully managed all unread email in my inbox. I have no unread email in my inbox (there are a few unread emails in various folders, but whatever).

I have dozens -- possibly hundreds -- of *read* emails in my inbox, but at least all of the unread ones are dealt with. Now to get back to real work, I guess...
