      No, I don't deserve a medal or a pat on the back or props or anything like that.

      I just want people who aren't like me to feel comfortable and heard in a community that I'm building.

      I can speculate about what their experiences are like or I can create an environment that gives them the space to shape the culture it self.

      I prefer the latter.
