Probably used but probably very cheap and I haven't had any issues with the ones I've bought.
Disc Surplus in Sand Springs is great for monitors, the guy there is super friendly. As is the lady that runs Wholesale Computer Supply on Hudson near 41st (took over the old Aktec store after the guy died, if you're familiar). Also check MegaWatts and OARSpc on Sheridan.
