Anyone got advice on organizing your (#linux) filesystem? Naming conventions, etc?

I start almost every folder and filename with the date in ISO8601 format. So, "2020-02-25 Folder of stuff/2020-02-27 Document.txt"
      #Linux

Unrelated, except for the error-prone: ISO1806 specifies a method of determining the mesh-breaking force of netting for fishing. This does not help in organizing your #Linux filesystem.
