Somehow I managed to soft-brick a linkit smart MIPs microcomputer. Now I am transferring a new openWRT firmware to the device using ckermit over a 57600 bps serial connection.

Transferring the 22M file should take about 1.5 hours. woowee, I better make some more coffee :)
