      Nach den Enthüllungen aus den "Panama Papers" mussten in Island mehrere Politiker ihre Ämter niederlegen. Laut Transparency hat sich an der Korruption im Land aber kaum etwas geändert. Nach einer erneuten Regierungskrise wählen die Bürger nun ein neues Parlament. Von Carsten Schmiester.
