The overwhelming majority of trannies don't have chromosomal disorders. Even XXY has a 0.1% incidence in the general population and X0 is 0.05%. The rest are even more rare. Having webbed toes or polydactyly is more common and you don't see entire identities and multinational groups popping up around those conditions.
