    I just got terrible news.
People from Paris who new that a confinement was going to happen came to my village to be with their parents. Their parents and daughter just died today. The helicopter took their son at the hospital he died a few hours ago. And after that 10 other ambulances came to take more people. And TV is announcing that everything is ok ?! Fuck these murderous psychopath !
    Pic related the helicopter. https://loadaverage.org/attachment/5904664

@mangeurdenuage It's a basic instinct to go back "home" when something like this pandemic is coming. Unfortunately for the family in your village, one may not know that one is bringing the #SARS-CoV-2 virus into the home until someone starts to show severe symptoms.

They should have listened to your nation'sl health leadership, but it is very hard to overcome that instinct. Even more so when there are _still_ people saying "why the panic? it's just like flu".

No, it is not just like flu. With only ~2M known cases worldwide, 125K are known to have died from it. 6.25% is sure to be a big overestimate, but even if we divide it by 10, that's still 60+ times the 0.1% that die from flu.
