@vfrmedia instead of FB, I keep in touch with family and friends by visiting them as often as I can, and using phone calls, SMS, and email when I can't. I've felt bad for a long time that this isn't enough, especially when my friends are scattered around the country, and the world. But one friend told me recently that from her perspective, I make more effort to keep in touch than most people. Go figure ...
