Awesome work and great to hear you're seeing similar benefits to what I had when I did similar.
For the past month, I've been cutting out lunch and it's helping ease me back into it. Cutting out needless snacking and reduces hunger urges A LOT.
Funnily enough, I've also started on black coffee in the past week and reduced sugar with it.
I forgot how much it helps with sleep!

This is definitely something you don't just do cold turkey. I went from coffee with cream to coffee with less cream to black coffee over the course of several weeks. Ok, I do finish my meal period with herbal tea and heavy cream instead :)
Same with meals. I dropped breakfast first, then lunch. I'm sure I'll tighten things up as I hit plateaus.
I thought CPAP helped my sleep. Fasting has helped it even more.
