Does your HOA or city prohibit the installation of satellite dishes or over-the-air antennas?

Put it up anyway. Dare them to do anything.

The FCC will be more than happy to get involved. And technically they don't even have to. It's just, any rule an HOA or municipality sets to prohibit the installation of antennas, is just straight up not enforceable.
