There’s a sim city like game in development called citystate http://www.citystategame.com/

In their recent post on bird site they showed that government functions will be much more in depth, to the point of you can basically go full anarcho-capitalist, run it moderately, or even go full communist if you want. Really looking forward to seeing how these play out against each other in the game
