Someday, podcasting (and independent web publishing in general) will be brought to heel. PBS and public access video studios (or some new parallel institution engineered by Elon!) will probably subsume podcasting, but no one will be left out because for the reasonable annual fee of $895 anyone will be welcome to submit their content to the Trust & Safety council for review, and possible censure, and the masses will clap *and* eat cake.
