I found some wild Ganoderma tsugae growing on a tree stump today. This is a "hemlock reishi", a close relative of the more familiar G. lucidum reishi mushroom. I'm going to try to culture it. I'm not sure if it will grow on hardwood sawdust or if I'll have to source hemlock instead.
