   Someone bought the status.net domain. I guess maybe that's old news. In a way, the federation outlived its creator.

      @lnxw48a1 This is actually a pretty big problem because there are IETF documents which specifically refer you to stuff on status.net . IETF needs to come up with a way to handle this (ICANN reserves the right to transfer any domains referenced in IETF documents to the IETF in case its owner folds, maybe?)
