   I give Big Pharma credit for their ingenuity - Allergan is transferring their patent for Restasis to the Mohawk Indian tribe so they can claim "sovereign rights" - Allergan will pay them $15M a year.

   If they are smart, they will then say "Fuck you, Allergan" and sell the patent to someone else.
