      Said an officer just left the scene, the dude was waiting for a friend to bring gas, no probable cause. Good chunk of neighborhood is awake.

         I look forward to going back to bed soon enough.  Our local approach to policing can be stupid at times.  This is why I vote tactically.

            If your unit, like police, underperforms this badly then I don’t see a need for levy increases.  I truly don’t.
