As expected, they brought the new baby dog-dog home. The existing granddoggy was not sure how to feel about it. But having survived a baby, I think a new puppy will be survivable.

This puppy looks to have a large breed in its ancestry. When the human child ( #GS3 is about 1 1/2 years old ) and the dog-dog child sit next to each other, they're almost the same height.

My daughter-in-law quit her job (health reasons; but also, there was a change of ownership and the new people running things wanted to save on employee salaries either by reducing pay or by chasing people away and hiring lower-paid people in their places), so #sonTwo has to keep his part-time 2nd job and hope for more hours.
