Someone mentioned that his new crutches were causing pain in his armpits. I told him that most of his weight should be on his hands, lest he cause permanent nerve damage in his armpits.
About an hour later, as the pain left, he thanked me.

@geniusmusing Another reason to dislike insurance companies. It's only a few minutes, since they have to adjust the crutches to the patient's body anyway, and it saves the patient some pain and possible long-term medical costs.
