      Tbh the penalty for such thing can't be done with money imo, but planting back what burned via hours of community service could be fair.

         @mangeurdenuage I think you're right. People need to fix what they damage. But they also have to cover some of the costs that the fire departments expended in fighting the fire they caused.
         
         Plus, having & using fireworks in an area where fireworks are illegal may have some other consequences.
