My father started working and things are bad.
-The owner of the restaurant doesn't have hot water....for the past 8 years.
-She hasn't had any chef for the past four years and lost 60% of her revenue.
-She has big team of 3 people for a space that can hold 100 persons.
-The intern who should should be serving people cleans the dishes instead, there is no permanent diver to do the dishes.
-The menu is too big for something that only does dinner.
-She stops working at 4pm even if tasks aren't finished to take care of her children, noble of her but you don't abandon your own work either.
TL;DR The work organization is an absolute mess.
The funny story about this restaurant and why it still exist is because the father of the owner is paying for it.
She did not pay for the construction nor does she pay for anything else. She owns it tho.
