Story of the day:
With the actual tension in my fam due to work, my father is shouting a lot more often, even tho he's on opioids because of his knees, anyway my heart gets all panicky and I either tend to get angry and/or depressed and I want to hide and/or fight. It is quite not the moment to have these paralyzing moments in the middle of work.
