    In france admins are responsible for the content that people post on their servers. So for example if someone say "kicks Muslims out of the country" or "I disagree with some events of the holocaust" then the admin can be prosecuted for hate speech and many more.

      @mangeurdenuage That's a bad law. People should be held responsible for their own actions.

      Now if the admin becomes aware of illegal content, they must respond or they're willingly hosting it, but the primary responsibility should always belong to the person that posted.
