      Winter weather is spreading eastward. Alerts now include a large area Northeast of the KC area, reaching almost to Kirksville, MO.
      
      * What: mixed precipitation, with 1-2 inches of snow and up to 0.25 inch of ice.
      * Where: central, north central Missouri
      * When: 2020-12-29 09:00 to 18:00 CST
      
      Expect slippery road conditions.
