   Years ago, I bought a Fitbit device. I closed my account and gave the device away, but they sent this notice today.

      I bought a Garmin watch years ago, then gave it to #sonOne when I found out it would do nothing without me creating an account. He loved it.
      
      There's a lot of things that family members got because I bought something and then balked at the information gathering required.

         @lnxw48a1 I was looking yesterday at maybe getting a new PC VR headset now that I've ordered a modern gaming PC, but I'll probably be waiting because the good options are either 700$-1000$, or require a Facebook login.
